Remi founded The Shield Safety Foundation after is voluntary retirement from the Mosthigh UK Ltd, a construction engineering consultants as CEO, where he worked for 10 years, prior to joining the Mosthigh UK, he has worked for some of the top construction companies both in Nigeria and in the UK, which includes, Amey, Enterprise Mouchel, TFL, Stace. and Cappa & D'Alberto Nigeria. He is currently a co-founder of UAB International Ltd with his over 4 decades of experience in the construction industry, he is alumni of Bristol Polytechnic, now UWE and City University of London, he has worked across ethnic lines to champion economic, development, and humanitarian services for the most vulnerable both in the UK and Nigeria. He founded TSSF 2001 and was registered as non governmental organisation in August 2015 both in Nigeria and in the UK.
